We are K.rea.
We have chosen this name because we deeply believe in the creative and evolutionary potential of people and companies. We concretely experienced that this potential can be developed and placed at the service of individual and organizational growth.
Our project was born from the synergy and the many years of experience of three professionals with different backgrounds and know-how, but united by the passion for the human sciences intended as tools for personal and collective growth.

Our working Method.

During the first cognitive session, we collect useful information to identify the specific area of intervention.

Each project proposal is tailor-made and formulated “ad hoc”, based on the customer's needs as highlighted from the scope of intervention identified in the previous step.

In this step, we define a calendar for online and/or face-to-face interventions, and carry out the workshop program and individual work.

At the end of each step, a conclusive feedback document is shared with the client for evaluation of the results achieved.
